The first change is a description of what happens if you fail to pay an invoice on time.
The second change, equally important, sets new rules for lesson excuses and explains why it is important to not only excuse/cancel/reschedule etc., but to call back after the reason for the excuse has passed. At the time you were supposed to train your dog, someone else is training instead of you. This is until you call back to let us know that you want to continue in training.
